One of Blue Fox Construction Ltd’s highlights of this year was having the privilege of hosting a Careers Day alongside Tilbury Douglas for the Tulip Academy in Spalding.
Pupils from the school were coordinated into mixed set groups to attend interactive sessions in the ‘World of Work’, where we demonstrated the uses of the various drones we use within the Construction Industry.
We were also able to provide the pupils with an interactive 3D model of their school, a video that showcased some of the capabilities our drones can do, and also a PC game which allowed them to practise flying drones safely from their classroom.
There were some great interactions, questions and excitement between ourselves and the pupils, it was a delight to be able to plant some thought-provoking seeds in to the future career paths of the children of Tulip Academy.
